When and where is the conference?
The 2025 Tenstreet User Conference will take place May 7-10, 2025 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.
When is the deadline to register?
April 16, 2025.
What is the cancellation policy for the 2025 conference?
Registrants may cancel and receive a full refund if we receive notification before the Feb. 6, 2025 refund deadline. Cancellations requested between February 7 and March 8, 2025 will receive a 50% refund. Beginning March 9, 2025, registrations are non-refundable but can be transferred to another user at your company or rolled over to the 2026 conference.
What is the deadline to cancel or transfer a registration?
- February 6, 2025: Deadline to receive a full refund
- March 8, 2025: Deadline to receive a 50% refund
- May 6, 2025, 9AM PDT: Deadline to transfer registration to another user at your company.
How do I cancel or transfer my registration?
Email UserConference@tenstreet.com to cancel or change your registration. Be sure to include your name, phone number, and company information.
What's the agenda for the conference?
The full agenda can be found on our registration page! Once you've registered for the event, you can view the agenda in your Tenstreet Dashboard or via the Dashboard app by navigating to the Tools menu and selecting the 2025 UC Dashboard tool.
How do I convince my boss that I should attend?
Send them the Letter to My Boss, which includes relevant information on the value of attending and associated costs in one document.
How do I pay for the conference?
I registered but didn't indicate that I want a dinner or 1:1 meeting. How can I sign up for one now?
Please email UserConference@tenstreet.com and let us know that you would like to add a 1:1 meeting with a Tenstreet rep. Please indicate if you prefer that this be a dinner meeting or non-dinner meeting and on which day (Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday).
How do I view my registration status and confirmation?
When is check-in and check-out for the conference hotel?
- 2-Night Registrations: Check-in will be Wednesday, May 7 and check-out will be Friday, May 9.
- 3-Night Registrations: Check-in will be Wednesday, May 7 and check-out will be Saturday, May 10.
Can I add additional nights to my hotel reservation? Is there a discount code?
If you would like to add nights to your stay outside of our date block, please contact the Bellagio directly with your confirmation number to add additional nights. We do not have discount codes available.Does the hotel provide transportation from the airport to the hotel?
Most attendees choose to use ride-sharing options (Uber, Lyft, taxi, etc.) to get from the airport to the Bellagio.
Does the dinner hosted by Tenstreet have an additional cost?
There is no cost to attend dinner with our team. We enjoy treating our clients - come prepared to eat, laugh, and enjoy Vegas!
