Based on Tenstreet's twenty years working with clients who transport freight, we’ve learned that private fleets and for-hire carriers don’t always share the same challenges.

We are therefore excited to invite you to Tenstreet's annual event focused entirely on private fleets! The Private Fleet Summit is an exclusive gathering of industry professionals designed to elicit discussion and discovery about the unique challenges facing private fleets. We want to learn from you and provide an opportunity for companies to explore tools and techniques together to arrive at the best possible way to optimize for the market in 2026 and beyond.   

This FREE event will be held Thursday, October 29th, at The Palmer House Chicago, with an evening welcome reception on Wednesday, October 28th. This year's programming will include:

Who Should Attend

This event is meant for those who manage, or assist in managing, a private fleet. Executive, human resources, recruiting, operations, safety management, and/or fleet management roles will benefit from attending. 

Please note: you must be employed at a company that operates a private fleet to register.  No for-hire carriers or vendors will be present.

Schedule

Attendees should plan to arrive Wednesday afternoon and attend a reception with Tenstreet that evening, followed by a full day of sessions on Thursday. Sessions will conclude in time for guests to fly out Thursday evening.
